We are looking to hire a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience, and a strong track record of driving ROI through paid media. Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine targeting
Write ad copy and work with creatives to design compelling ads
Monitor daily performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets
Track conversions, set up pixels, events, and remarketing funnels
Provide weekly reports and actionable insights
A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages (if applicable)
Required Skills Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven results in managing lead generation / e-commerce campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing
Ability to analyze campaign data and generate reports
Up-to-date with latest trends in performance marketing
Candidate should be based in Ahmedabad or should be available to meet in person.
