What You’ll Do
• Own the Ideation: Develop design concepts and fresh creative ideas for social content, campaigns, and project-based work. You’ll bring ideas to life visually across a range of digital formats, ensuring they align perfectly with brand identities, client briefs, and creative direction
• Create Social-First Content: Design eye-catching, platform-relevant, and engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Snapchat, and more. You'll apply strong knowledge of layout, formatting, and platform best practices to make content fit for purpose
• Maintain Campaign & Brand Consistency: Create and adapt graphics for retainer clients, social media calendars, and specific campaigns within defined timelines. You’ll ensure all work follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across multiple deliverables
• Collaborate Remotely: Work hand-in-hand with remote social media managers, creative teams, and client servicing teams to deliver effective design solutions. You are completely comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions, and communicating clearly
• Manage Projects & Deadlines: Juggle multiple design tasks simultaneously with strong organization and responsiveness. You’ll deliver work on time, follow agreed scopes, and flag any risks, delays, or clarification needs early
What You’ll Bring
The Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a heavy focus on social media content, digital campaigns, and branded content. Experience working on MENA-based brands, regional audiences, or Arabic/English bilingual content is a big plus (but not essential)
The Toolkit: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). You need a solid understanding of motion graphics workflows or working with motion designers. Illustration skills, basic video editing, or simple animation skills are a plus
AI & Design Tech Savvy: Confidence using AI tools and emerging design tech to support ideation, moodboarding, visual exploration, image enhancement, layout experimentation, and workflow efficiency—all while maintaining design quality, originality, and strict client confidentiality
Social Media Fluency: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of social platforms, content formats, and engagement-driven creative practices so your work feels entirely native to channels like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Creative Craft: A strong sense of originality, visual storytelling, and a keen eye for layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition across all static and digital formats
Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills or experience designing bilingual content are a plus, but not required unless specified for a project
Remote Time Management: Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. You are comfortable following briefs, asking the right questions, and working within agreed deadlines
