With a growing portfolio across key industrial zones, we are looking for experienced and driven freelance sales professionals to help us expand our footprint.

Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and well-connected Freelance Sales Consultants to lead and close sales of land parcels targeted for warehousing and industrial purposes. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in B2B real estate sales, particularly in industrial zones, and a deep understanding of zoning, compliance, and client requirements in this niche.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and convert leads for the sale of industrial and warehousing land parcels.
• Build and maintain a network of potential clients, including logistics companies, manufacturers, developers, and industrial park operators.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals based on client needs.
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams to assist clients through the due diligence and transaction process.
• Stay up to date with zoning regulations, industrial corridor development, and infrastructure growth trends.
• Report weekly on pipeline progress, prospects, and market feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in industrial or warehousing land.
• Strong network within the logistics, warehousing, or industrial development ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and close high-value land deals.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of land documentation, compliance, and basic zoning laws.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
