Fraud Analyst
EXPERIENCE: 3+Years
Location- Ahmedabad
8 Months Contract
•Experience: Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Analytics /Banking/ Telecom/ Fraud Control / Revenue Assurance,

• Description
The Fraud/Investigation Advisor focuses upon the detection, investigation and prevention of fraudulent and security related transactions occurring both internally and / or externally. They have a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in fraud prevention, detection and investigation and maintains fraud management policies, and conducts fraud case analysis, investigations, fraud detection and prevention schemes/customer interviews. Typically reports to the Fraud/Investigation Manager.
Essential Technical Skills:
• Command on MS-Office
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of telecom/ Banking fraud control domain
• Flair for handling multiple systems/ applicationsPersonal skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
• Customer orientation and the ability to create a positive Vodafone customer experience
• Analytical spirit and ability to make decisions
• Result orientation and good organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to self-evaluate and proactively manage performance and development levels
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and good skills for managing conflict situations
1. Graduation from any recognized university
