Fractional Director of Legal Role

• Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Ensure corporate governance and compliance with laws
• Prepare materials for board meetings and investor relations
• Lead legal workstreams on transactions and due diligence
• Oversee external counsel and budget management Requirements:
• J.D. and active Law Society of Alberta membership
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles
• Expertise in corporate governance and investor communications
• Strong negotiation and project load management skills
