• **This position is to work in 2-3days office visit in a week**
• Work timings- Normal India Shift timings- 9am to 6 pm
• Preferred work location- Mumbai would be preferred as the resource can also visit GIBPL office as and when required (Kurla)

Educational
Background- Inter CA or MBA Finance
• Work experience- 5 to 7 years with good exposure in FPNA process.
• Other requirements- This role would require lot of co-ordination with other functions, so someone agile and smart communicator would be preferred.
• *Experience (Career Level Guide)**
• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in insurance, banking, or consulting with good exposure to tender/RFP/Bidding process.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability
• Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems like AMS-Emerge, SARB, SAIBA, JDE.
• Strong Excel skills;
experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, this role would require lot of co-ordination with other functions, so someone agile and smart communicator would be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• *Importance Major Action and Support Actions**
• Analyze and interpret financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Extract and validate data from systems such as AMS-Emerge, SARB, SAIBA, JDE, and Claims portals, focusing on gross premiums, brokerage, claims settled, and premium types.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, HR, Compliance, and Claims teams to gather Bid Due Diligence (DD) inputs.
• Compile and format bid-related data accurately and ensure timely upload to bidding portals.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
