Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and helping build a fast-growing beauty brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Support
Manage day-to-day tasks and priorities.
Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Project Management
Track ongoing projects and deadlines.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and communicated effectively.
Business Operations
Assist with operational planning and process improvement.
Support launch activities and special projects.
Maintain records, documentation, and reports.
Partnerships & Events
Support influencer, PR, and partnership initiatives.
Coordinate meetings and event logistics.
Assist with brand launches, activations, and community events.
Research & Analysis
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
Compile insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Support new product and category exploration.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, startups, or executive support.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Interest in beauty, consumer brands, and entrepreneurship.
