Job Description:
• Work with Forrester research teams in providing modeling analyses that support and drive research products.
• Oversee advanced modeling in various topical areas, including usage and revenue forecast models for Internet business segments and technology platforms, cost structure studies, and financial analyses.
• Interview business and technology executives at B2B and B2C companies.
• Provide telephone and email inquiry responses to queries placed by Forrester’s clients.
Job Requirements
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills; ability to synthesize divergent perspectives in building broad frameworks to solve business problems.
• Experience with or demonstrated ability to quickly master the design principles underlying market forecast.
• An understanding of consumer survey data and its limitations and usage.
• An affinity to work with sales and to support them with client development.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Someone who is detail- and process-oriented.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Five to seven years of related experience, such as management consulting, financial analysis, or business analysis working broadly in the field of technology.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
