Food Service Associate (Front of House)

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associates (Front of House) to join our team for the coming Winter Season (2026-2027). Front of House staff need to be able to multitask, they are in charge of a lot of small tasks throughout the day and need to keep the facility running smoothly. Some of their duties include:

Preparing or heating simple food items for customers.

Greet every guest and always maintains a positive attitude.

Taking food orders and getting payment from customers.

Maintaining cleanliness of workstation, salon, kitchen, washrooms.

Assisting other kitchen staff with their duties.

Serving food and beverages to customers while maintaining food and beverage safety protocols.

Assist in any other duties as assigned

Skills and qualifications

Excellent Customer Service skills

Oral and written communication skills

Cleaning and sanitization skills

Food and beverage safety skills or the ability to learn about food and beverage safety

Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available. Restock food and beverages inventory.

Ability to multitask and organizational skills.

Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.

Experience requirements

Experience in customer service and using a cash register.

Experience working in fast paced environment is also an asset

Applicants might need to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs

Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
