Job Description
We are currently looking for Team lead - Electrical(QS) professionals for Mumbai/Bangalore location
• 8 to 14 years' experience
• Team handling 2 years of experience
• Mumbai and Bangalore (Location)
• BE/BTECH - Electrical
• Quantity Surveying (QS)
• Estimation & Costing
• BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-off
• Budgeting & Cost Control
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Rate Analysis
• Tendering & Commercial Evaluation
• Project Cost Monitoring
• Variation / Change Order Management
Candidates should have worked knowledge and project exposure to:
• ELV (Extra Low Voltage)
• LV (Low Voltage)
• HV (High Voltage)
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following projects will be preferred:
• Data Centers
• Semiconductor Manufacturing Facilities
• EV Battery / Gigafactory Projects
• Large Commercial Projects
• Sports Complexes
• Libraries
