Hello, we are looking for HR manager with follow responsibilities and skills to manage:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building a talent pipeline.
• Drive key HR strategies and initiatives to support business strategic and operational goals.
• Manage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, leadership development review, employee training and development, and employee relations.
• Lead multi-site HR team to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Management of team with good convincing problem
• Manage company new recruitment
• Handling client conversation time to time when required
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Good with mail writing skills and communications
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Impressive communication and convincing skills.
• Decent and pleasing personality.
• Career-oriented Effective leadership and management.
• Self-management. Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
