We are hiring an experienced FMCG Sales Executive in Kota for one of the fastest-growing snack food brands.
The candidate must have a solid background in FMCG sales, preferably in snacks, namkeen, dairy products, beverages, or similar food segments. The role includes B2B field visits, order collection, client relationship building, and market intelligence gathering.
Position Name: Sales Executive
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Industry Type: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview)
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Field or Retail Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any Field)

Function Area: Field Sales / Retail Sales / Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit retail outlets, pan parlours, kirana stores, cafés, restaurants, and shopping malls in Kota to promote snack/namkeen products.
• Achieve primary sales targets in assigned areas by securing weekly orders from semi-wholesalers.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and distributors.
• Conduct regular weekly visits and maintain a consistent presence in the field.
• Present product portfolio and pricing effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with dealers to ensure smooth supply chain management.
• Coordinate with technical staff to focus on specific product promotions.
• Submit daily and monthly reports as per company standards.
