Position Title: Sr. Executive (Finance & Accounts) Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: 2–3 years (post-qualification) Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Description: Key Responsibilities include: Accounting and Financial Reporting Oversee and maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers. Prepare and finalize financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and MIS reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Taxation (Direct and Indirect) Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-+, and GSTR-+C. Handle TDS compliance, filings, and reconciliations. Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, firms, and corporate entities. Assist with tax audits, assessments, and representation before tax authorities. Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities. RBI and FEMA Compliance Monitor and manage compliance under FEMA and RBI regulations. Prepare and file required returns, such as FLA, ODI, and ECB reporting. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines for inward and outward remittances. Compliance and Advisory Handle ROC filings and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Provide advisory services on taxation, GST, and RBI-related matters. Keep up to date with changes in tax laws, RBI regulations, and accounting standards. Audit and Review Assist in statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements. Review internal controls and suggest improvements for risk mitigation. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST regulations, and RBI/FEMA guidelines. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, NetSuite) and tax tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in RBI compliance and handling FEMA-related transactions. Exposure to audits and representation before authorities. Knowledge of IFRS or international taxation is a plus.
