The Harvey Norman Maitland Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

You will be extensively trained and supported on all aspects of the floor covering industry including materials, designs, and installation methods to allow you to thrive in you in your role.
To be successful you must:
Have a passion for servicing clients and helping to problem solve.
Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences and recommend suitable flooring options.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and specifications.
Collaborate with customers to create personalized flooring plans and designs.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase our flooring options including some manual stock rotation.
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
