Key Responsibilities:

• * Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
• * Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• * Proficiency in handling customer queries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
• * Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• * Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and internet navigation.
• Experience:
• * Freshers with a strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply.
• * Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required for experienced candidates.
• * Prior experience in e-commerce or retail environments is advantageous.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time positions are available with rotating shifts to cover a 24/7 operation.
