• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online communication tools.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service principles.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience:
• No prior work experience is required; however, internships or part-time roles in customer service or related fields are a plus.
