Join our dynamic fleet sales team at Maddington Hyundai, Isuzu UTE and JAC Motors and learn the ropes from the ground up. As a Fleet Account Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all parts of the fleet sales process—no prior experience required!
What You'll Do:
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Learn to assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
Attend client meetings, assist in presentations, and help with vehicle handovers.
Coordinate the vehicle delivery process and ensure timely handover to clients.
Work with internal departments to ensure excellent service from start to finish.
Follow up with customers after a sale to answer questions and check satisfaction.
Handle general admin tasks like data entry and reporting.
Stay informed on our products, competitors, and market trends.
Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
What We're Looking For:

A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
Keen to learn about sales and the automotive industry.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Holds a WA Manual Driver’s License and WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson License (or is willing to obtain them).
Previous experience in logistics or procurement is an advantage but not essential
