Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FIT Executive (Travel Coordinator) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for independent travelers, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for FIT customers, including flights, Visa, accommodation, transportation and local sightseeing.

· Liaise with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

Collaborate with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and local vendors, to secure competitive rates and seamless arrangements.

· Create detailed itineraries, presentations, and travel documents tailored to clients' requirements.

· Monitor bookings and reservations to ensure accuracy and timely confirmations.

Handle on-ground support during trips when required, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.

· Keep updated with the latest industry trends, including destinations, venues, and travel technologies.

· Assist in budgeting, reporting, and resolving travel-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields (preferred).

· 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry.

· Strong knowledge of travel software, GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), and CRM tools.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

· Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
