Job Description
We are hiring for our client MNC( direct payroll in MNC
Designation: Firewall Manager ( 15+ yrs)
Location: Pune, Trivandrum
Responsibilities:
• Handling the technical escalation pertaining to the respective NetSec areas.
• Delivery of services with agreed service levels and end to end ownership, with high focus on improvements/ innovations.
• Set performance objectives ,targets and personal development plan for team members, conduct performance reviews. (assisted performance review for Initial review cycles).
• Stakeholder management .
• Identify the training requirements for team, ensure the trainings are provided to meet business needs.
• Issue tracking and management of a resolution.
• Set processes and standards for the team. Ensure proper documentation is in place.
• Drive the organisational activities within the team, ensure participation of team in all activities.
• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of staff ,orientating new starters.
• Availability of off-hours support through on call, required due to the 24x7 support.
• Quality check of tasks & service provided, Implement measures for improvement if required.
• Establish an awareness of key projects, priorities and strategic technologies.
• Ensure resolution of tasks within defined timelines.
• Manage customer expectations.

Skill Requirements:
• Strong hands on experience in Firewalls ( Checkpoint, Fortinet ) and Proxies (Broadcom (bluecoat) and Zscaler )
• Good understanding on AGILE Framework
• Exceptional communication Skills written / verbal.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and outlook.
• Good organisational, time/activity planning and decision making attributes.
• Proactive approach to problem solving, short-term and long-term solution.
• Ability to perform under pressure and ensure that deliverables are met all the times.
• Knowledge in automation is an added advantage
• Qualification and Experience:
• 15 + Years of IT Experience with 12 + years of relevant experience ( NetSec )
• Experience in managing the operations and service delivery
• Graduate in any discipline with good technical skills is a must
