About the role
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and customer service? If so, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
As a Financial Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable including processing invoices, maintaining the Accounts Payable module, and providing summary reporting and analysis as required and in compliance with organisational policies and legislative requirements. You will also handle accounts receivable, including raising invoices, sending debtor statements and providing relevant reporting and analysis. Moreover, you will assist in the provision of advice to both internal and external customers relating to financial matters.

About you?
Certificate IV in Accounting or other related qualification
Demonstrated significant previous accounts experience
Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a high-volume accounts department.
Class C Drivers Licence
What's on offer?
Salary range between $41,802.00 and $46,202.00 based on experience + 11.5% superannuation
Permanent Part-Time 21 hours per week
Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years.
Scope for performance-based salary increases.
