Financial Portfolio Management Lead
● Position: Financial Portfolio Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:
● Strategically manage and grow the group's financial assets/portfolio to fund mission-critical
activities (education excellence, charitable healthcare, research, community outreach).
● Formulate long-term investment policy: Define risk-return profile, asset classes, benchmarks, and
guidelines in consultation with trustees and leadership.
● Lead portfolio optimization: Active monitoring, scenario analysis, hedging (where appropriate),
and transitions to new opportunities while prioritizing capital safety and liquidity for operational
needs.
● Provide strategic insights: Advise on endowment-like corpus building, surplus utilization for
growth projects, and financial resilience amid economic volatility.
● Ensure full regulatory and fiduciary compliance: Internal audits, statutory filings, and alignment
with charitable trust objectives.
● Build partnerships: Engage registered advisors, financial institutions, government bodies, and asset managers for best execution and performance.
● Other responsibilities for growth and management.
