Our client is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Assistant to join their privately owned, independent financial planning business who support excellent career progression.

This prestigious firm offers a superb opportunity to be part of a highly regarded firm who invest in their team and ensure you have the right support in place to thrive.

This role is well suited to a graduate looking to pursue a career within financial planning industry or someone with 12 months’ industry experience.

As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will be supporting their team through client relationship management and administrative duties. Duties would include, assisting with the preparation of annual reviews, updating their CRM system, submitting cases, diary management etc

Our client would provide a clear pathway to progress, for instance to become a Paraplanner and/or a Financial Advisor in due course.

You will be joining a loyal team with very high staff retention, operating a flat structure with no glass ceiling.

Financial Planning Assistant Requirements
• This role would be well suited to a recent graduate or someone with 12 months’ industry experience
• You should have excellent written and verbal English
• You should be career minded and be prepared to work hard to develop your skills and knowledge
• You must have high attention to detail and be highly organised

Financial Planning Assistant Benefits
• Salary of circa £32,000 plus discretionary bonus
• Ideally office based in their Central London premises
• Highly collaborative environment, with regular team social activities and events
