Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site/remote/hybrid role based in Surat and PAN India for a Financial Consultant/Agency Partner/Insurance Adviser/BDM/SDM at HDFC Life.
The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and recommending suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
Daily responsibilities include generating leads, building and managing a portfolio of clients, explaining product features and riders, and assisting customers with policy selection, documentation, and servicing.
The position also requires maintaining relationships with clients, tracking performance against sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
The role may include conducting financial awareness sessions, participating in local marketing activities, and regularly updating knowledge on HDFC Life products, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Compulsory Qualifications:
• Minimum Educational Qualifications for this role is 10th from Any Recognized education board and above Age for this Role is above 21 Years Old for Financial Consultant/Agency Partner/Insurance Adviser. This role is Remote/Hybrid types recruitment and Best Incentives on targets achievements and Business Trips with Recognitions .
• Minimum 12th Pass Compulsory for SDM/BDM with Some Working Target and BDM/SDM Role Is On Role, On Site Job with Fixed Salary and hansome Incentives and Age Criteria is same as above mentioned.
• Male & Female both Candidates can Apply.
• Both Onrole and Part Time Consultant and incentives based Offerings available.
• Most Important thing is that Applicant have time to invest in market and want to earn money and have skills to manage objections and growth oriented mind set.
Additional Qualifications: Additional skills will be preferred.
• Candidates should possess solid Investments and Finance knowledge to explain product benefits, risks, and long-term value.
• Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills to interpret client information, market trends, and product options for informed recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, negotiate, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, target achievement, and portfolio management.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong ethical standards, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment.
