What are we hiring for?
We are hiring for a CA//Semi-Qualified CA with experience in Auditing and Taxation, who can manage a team catering to our global clients and work as their key account manager or virtual CFO/Controller as the case may be.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: 1-2 years
Role and Responsibilities:
● Experience in client consulting roles.
● Manage and mentor a team of financial accountants in Delhi, ensuring high-quality work and professional development
● Continuously improve financial accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
● Implement accounting/Tax systems and processes.
● Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support for the clients.
● Conducting tax planning and tax oversight for special projects..
● Reviewing tax forms and making recommendations for adjustments if necessary.
● Resolving any tax-related issues for the client.
● Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients for continued service.
● Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
Skills Required
● Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
● Written and verbal communication skills
● Meticulous and detail-oriented
● Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge
● Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹+00,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
