Financial Accountant & Stock Operations Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting
• Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day entries, reconciliations, closures)
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow statements, and expense tracking
• Manage vendor payments, receivables, and invoicing cycles
• Work closely with leadership on budgeting and cost control
2. Stock & Inventory Operations
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking across warehouse and sales channels
• Monitor stock movement, shrinkage, and discrepancies
• Ensure accurate inward/outward entries and stock audits
• Coordinate with operations team for demand planning and replenishment
• Build systems to reduce dead stock and stock-outs
3. Process & Systems
• Ensure data accuracy between systems (Tally / Zoho / Excel / Shopify, etc.)
• Identify leakages in cost, stock, or reporting gaps and fix them
Who This Is For
• 2 - 5 years of experience in accounting + inventory management
• Strong working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books + Excel (non-negotiable)
• Someone who is detail obsessed and numbers-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Can take ownership not someone who waits for instructions
