The company manages operations and farming at over 500+ locations across India. They also supply fresh vegetable and fruit produce to over 200+ stores. Additionally, they export fresh produce, including vegetables, herbs, and fruits, to man
- Perform routine accounting tasks, monitoring journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, process invoices, and ensure timely collections and payments.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to match transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, prepare and file periodic tax returns.
- Monitor and control expenses, verify expense claims, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support financial analysis activities, including variance analysis and cost tracking, to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize accounting software and tools efficiently to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
