About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team at Randstad, partnering with one of Australia's premier banking institutions. As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will deliver commercial financial insights and analysis to enhance performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and analyzing financial reporting for performance, ensuring alignment with business plans and identifying variance drivers.
Providing detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Ensuring robust balance sheet control through thorough review and reconciliation, addressing aged balances and reconciliation breaks.
Supporting half-year and year-end reporting.
Managing financial impacts of change initiatives, mapping ledger insights, and addressing data gaps while ensuring compliance with group finance policies.
Ideal Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years of experience in a Finance analyst/business partner position or similar. You should be dedicated to driving commercial insights, implementing recommendations, and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to building stakeholder relationships.
