Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in accounting and taxation. The candidate must be a Commerce graduate, preferably from an English-medium background, and should be comfortable working with Tally ERP 9. This role involves assisting the finance team with accounting entries, tax-related reconciliations, vendor and bank management, and maintaining accurate financial records.Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Recording day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9
• Preparing and reconciling GST and TDS workings
• Understanding and applying TDS provisions where applicable
• Processing vendor payments and handling vendor reconciliation
• Performing regular bank reconciliationsIssuing i
• nvoices to clients and ensuring timely follow-up
• Reconciling payment gateway transactions (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
• Assisting with inventory management and reporting
• Supporting the preparation of basic financial statements
• Coordinating with internal teams for finance-related data
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) – English medium preferred
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP * is a must
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and related compliance
• Familiar with banking procedures and vendor management
• Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic communication skills – should be able to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and within a team
Semi Qualified CAs preffered for this role.
