As we continue to expand our offerings, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in defining business requirements, optimizing workflows, and driving product enhancements.
Note: This is an on-site position, and candidates must be willing to work from our office location.
Job Overview
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budget preparation. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management:
Maintain financial records by accurately posting transactions, balancing ledgers, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they reflect accurate and up-to-date financial status.
Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify discrepancies and provide solutions for timely resolution.
Tax and Compliance
Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
Assist in preparing tax returns and coordinating with external auditors as needed.
General Administrative Support
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Respond to internal and external financial inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience (0-3 years) in accounting or a similar role.
Fair knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,or other ERP systems).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office application.
