Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Finance Executive
to join our team. This is a
1-year contract position.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial operations, accounting software, and reconciliation processes, with prior experience in a
SaaS company .
Key Responsibilities :
Manage
bank reconciliations ,
ledger reconciliations , and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Handle
invoicing
and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
Required Skills & Experience :
3–5 years
of experience in finance and accounting roles.
Mandatory experience with Xero ; familiarity with
Tally, QuickBooks, and SAP
is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of
bank reconciliation ,
ledger reconciliation , and invoicing processes.
Prior experience in a
SaaS company
is essential.
Excellent command of
English
(written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
