Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong expertise in costing and financial analysis. The candidate will be responsible for managing cost structures, analyzing financial data, and supporting budgeting and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze product/service costing and maintain cost sheets
Monitor and control operational costs to improve profitability
Perform variance analysis (actual vs budgeted costs)
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Work closely with operations and procurement teams to optimize costs
Maintain records of inventory costing, BOM (Bill of Materials), and pricing structures
Support monthly financial closing and reporting
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
2–5 years of experience in cost accounting / costing role
Strong knowledge of costing methods (standard costing, activity-based costing, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
