Job Description
Functional Role: Finance and Accounts
Location: Head Office - Backbay Reclamation, Mumbai (Colaba)
Job Roles and Responsibilities
1.Master the art of reconciliations by handling vendor and client ledger reconciliations with finesse.
2.Maintain our Functional Profit and Loss statement, and watch as your financial insights guide us to success.
3.Be a guiding light during statutory, IFC, and tax audits, helping our auditors navigate the complexities of financial compliance.
4.Assist in Income Tax, and GST assessments and ROC ensuring we sail through the tax realms smoothly.
5.Be a true master of accounting principles, and use your knowledge to configure statutory provisions and ensure compliance within our ERP system
6.Help build and refine processes, define procedures, and craft policies with a laser focus on Controllership and Compliance, ensuring the financial realm remains in balance
7.Create innovative reports that unveil deeper insights into our factory and operations, turning data into gold.
8.Ensure there are no unpleasant surprises by ensuring complete compliance hygiene.
Job Skills
1.A Semi Qualified / Qualified Chartered Accountant holding the keys to financial wisdom.
2.A minimum of 5 years of experience for Semi Qualified or 2 years of experience for Qualified CA.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, where you can conjure up financial models and analysis with ease.
4.Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, because even in the financial realm, teamwork makes the dream work
