Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive Department: Finance Department Location: Kolkata Job Overview: As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting & financial transactions of the company as per regulatory guidelines. Your knowledge should extend to audits, invoices, and budget preparations.We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a passion for handling accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, payments, and receivables Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the timely preparation, validation, and maintenance of accounts and MIS reports.Monitor the expenses of the organisation and identify the gaps.Assist the team in creating robust product, process and client level costing.Asset/Liability monitoring.Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.Timely invoicing of customers. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.Regular payment follow-ups for due invoices and and coordinate with the sales team as required.Assisting preparation of audit and statutory data as and when required.RequirementsMust be an enthusiastic qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.)Good in maths, accounts, and basic knowledge of financial & accounting regulations.Proficient in MS Office.Should possess excellent time management and written communication skills.Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.Experience 0 to 2 years only.Other DetailsQualification:- qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.)) or Professional qualification as a CFA/CA (Inter).CTC :- 3-4 LPALocation:- Kolkata No. of positions - 1About SuperProcureSuperProcure is a fast-growing Saas company that provides logistics and supply chain management digitization solutions to manufacturing companies.
