The Accountant role at Organix Mantra requires managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining financial records, and performing reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, where you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient financial processes.

Proficiency in financial reporting, preparing budgets, and financial analysis

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards

Experience with accounting software and tools

Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is beneficial
