Finance and Accounting Manager

As the Finance & Accounting Manager at The Future Products, you will play a crucial role in owning the financial operations for all three brands under our umbrella. Your responsibilities will range from day-to-day bookkeeping to providing insightful financial reports to the leadership team.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Own day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for multiple brands
- Prepare and deliver daily financial reports and brand-level performance snapshots
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct in-depth profitability analyses to identify margins, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure healthy cash flow
- Coordinate the preparation of US federal and state tax returns
- Provide financial insights to aid leadership in making informed decisions
• *Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of US accounting principles and tax compliance
- Ability to work effectively at both operational and strategic levels
- Experience in managing financials across multiple brands or entities is advantageous
- CPA license and background in DTC e-commerce or consumer goods are desirable
