To help us with this, we are searching for a Finance Analyst (Graduate) to join our Finance Team based in Invercargill.

What you'll be busy with:
You’ll be supporting the Finance team in the production of meaningful financial insights and the execution of treasury strategies. Specifically:
Maintaining financial models for the Group’s forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accurate representation of business performance.
Supporting planning and stakeholder meetings by offering insights on options and impacts.
Conducting ad-hoc financial business analysis as needed.
Assisting with wholesale funding activities, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and preparing meeting minutes.
Supporting financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely disclosure statements and regulatory reports.
What you'll bring:
A genuine passion for the banking industry and a strong grasp of its core value drivers.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including experience building robust financial models.
Collaborative attitude, always ready to support teammates and contribute wherever needed.
Driven and committed to ongoing professional growth and continuous learning.
Exceptional analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for following instructions effectively.
Strong organizational skills, able to plan, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
