This role will be working closely with the Property Management team to support them with finance admin. Reporting to the Finance Department Manager.

Responsibilities will include;
Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
Processing of New Leases
Setting up of New Managements
RTBA bond lodgement payments
Liaise with and assist other staff members in the Finance team as required to ensure all work is completed accurately and within given timeframes.
Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach
To be successful you will have;
Proven experience in finance administration/ basic accounting functions such as receivables and reconciliations.
Familiarity with accounting practices and terminology.
Computer literacy.
Quick learner with ability to grasp new computer programs.
Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility, time management the ability to work with minimal supervision
Your previous finance experience and positive nature will ensure success in this highly rewarding role.
