The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our national Finance team on a full-time basis. This role reports to our Finance Managers based in Brisbane and Adelaide and works closely with Finance team members across all offices nationally.
This is a true generalist finance role, not purely Accounts Payable. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of finance administration functions, including:
Processing accounts payable (entering invoices and preparing daily payments)
Managing accounts receivable and staff/client disbursements
Completing daily banking and payment reconciliations
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for allocated accounts
Maintaining trust accounts and assisting with end-of-month billings
Managing the Finance help desk and responding to queries from internal stakeholders
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate will thrive on variety, work well under pressure, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Confident managing competing deadlines in a busy environment
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
Experienced in a similar finance or accounting support role, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting
A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive national team
