Job Description
Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of Part-Time File Maintenance Clerk (24-39 hours/week) from at our Agro location in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach.
Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Complete invoicing and related documentation to support location accounting operations.
Maintain price list and product information accuracy in the point of sale (POS) system.
Support inventory processes and stock-taking initiatives by tracking adjustments and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
Support daily end-of-day procedures, cash ups, and completion of required daily reports.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service and meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; office administration and agriculture training or knowledge are considered assets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with strong data entry skills and point-of-sale system experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual labour during inventory counts, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, kneeling, and crouching; work is primarily in an office environment with exposure to shop and warehouse areas.
Able to obtain WHMIS and TDG certifications.
