Supervise housekeeping staff at multiple sites/locations
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Ensure proper cleaning standards and hygiene maintenance
• Manage attendance, duty allocation, and shift planning
• Handle client coordination and resolve complaints on priority
• Maintain housekeeping materials stock and inventory
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit to management
Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
• Ability to handle multiple sites
• Problem-solving attitude
