Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales growth by building strong relationships in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential and existing clients to promote products/services
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Provide product demonstrations and explain benefits to clients
• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of local market and customer base
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
• Basic understanding of MS Office / CRM tools
