Job Opening Field Sales Executive A leading Gold finance company in Pune is seeking a Fresher Graduate for the position of field sales executive The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loans sales deals communicating and pitching to customers handling documentation processes and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders The role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities providing product training and demonstrations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Salary 12 7k per month inhand After 6 months 17 5k inhand Work Location Pune Key Responsibilities Visit client locations for Gold loans sales deals Communicate pitch and make customers understand regarding Gold loans Check Gold quality and handle documentation processes and day-to-day operations Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities Provide product training and demonstrations to customers Meet and exceed sales targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Requirements Fresher Graduate passout of 2022 to 2024 Local candidates only Up to 27 years of age Fluency in the local language 2 Wheeler Driving Licence If not already need to get it sorted within the first 2 months Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure 6 days working with 1 rotational week off Benefits Fast track promotion Incentives Direct Company payroll medical benefits
