Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at CENDROL CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, giving presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to drive sales growth for the company.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking.
• Conduct face to face meetings with potential partners to understand the clients data they hold for interior needs and present Cendrol's solutions
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective partners to generate leads
• Negotiate contracts and on board partners and generate leads to achieve individual and team sales tragets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure repetition business
• Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
