Field Sales Executive – Industrial Laser Machines (Delhi NCR)

Hiring Partner Note

This hiring is being conducted for Maiman Laser, an international industrial laser machine manufacturer.

Shortlisting will be handled locally, while final interviews and hiring decisions will be conducted remotely by the Maiman Laser team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site field sales position based in Delhi NCR for selling industrial laser machines.

The role involves daily visits to workshops, factories, and manufacturing units to meet owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable laser machine solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Generating leads through field visits

Conducting product demonstrations

Coordinating with technical teams

Negotiating pricing and closing sales

Following up for order execution and after-sales coordination

This is a target-driven field role, not a desk job.

Qualifications

More 2 years experience in industrial machinery / equipment / machine tool sales

Comfortable with field work and factory visits

Ability to speak English fluently

Understanding of laser industrial products

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR

Self-driven and performance-oriented mindset

Preferred (not mandatory):

Experience selling laser machines, or fabrication equipment

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Compensation

Fixed salary ₹40,000+ per month + commission per sale

High earning potential for consistent performers
