Field Sales Executive Commission Based

Uchito mobile apps empower the local grocery stores to create their online digital store and manage customers’ orders efficiently. Through this, we aim to improve their customers experience to order grocery from home.

We are looking for field sales executives who are highly motivated, excellent communicators and have a good work ethic.

Their responsibilities will be:

1. Visiting grocery/kirana stores to explain Uchito mobile apps functionalities and benefits to their business

2. To convince grocery/kirana stores owners and close deals

3. To help grocery/kirana stores building their store items Catalog and initial training on order management

4. Building and sustaining good relations with grocery/kirana stores to review success rates and address their pain points

5. To Make recommendations for performance improvement
• This is a commission only based position. Opportunity to drive sales and uncapped commission model.

This one is fully target based job, hence mentioned salary is based on fixed target, if target not met, the salary would may be variable corresponding to the % of target achieved in a month.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
