Bulk Hiring Experience, especially experienced in Biker and Associate Hiring
Ready to go out on field for hiring (Preferred candidate should have Bike)
Knowledge about the Pune locality.
Experience in Head Hunting and BTL Activities.
Has prior experience in E-commerce/ Courier / Last Mile Delivery / Q-commerce

Bigbasket is creating milestones in the online grocery market and has recently re-hauled its supply chains across cities to fulfil a majority of customer orders faster.
The company’s operations have expanded to 30 cities in India, recording about 15 million customer orders per month.

What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?
Help support regional Operations teams to fill up the gaps on blue collar staff.
Maintaining the database for Future requirements in biker/associate hiring.
Roles & Responsibilities based on Techno functional skill & behavioral competencies.
Ensuring compliance is met in the recruitment process across all our regional hiring and running quarterly audits on the same.
Coordinating with Location HR partners for day to day hiring needs & support.
Who are we looking for?
1 to 03 years of on ground experience in hiring the blue-collar hiring space.
Excellent knowledge in bulk hiring of blue collar staff.
Must be a graduate.
Visiting different areas/locations as per the hiring requirements.
A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision
Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)
What would be a value add?
Knowledge of city/ localities.
Ready to travel in different areas of City.
Basic Knowledge of Ms office , Excel.
