Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Executive to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at various field locations. This role will require frequent travel (approximately four times a month) to ensure the effective implementation of operational plans, monitor progress, and provide on-ground support to teams. The Field Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational efficiency, solving on-site issues, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations Management:
Oversee the execution of operational activities in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Client Engagement:
Regularly visit clients and stakeholders, address their concerns, and build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track progress, monitor project timelines, and provide detailed reports on field activities, including any issues or challenges encountered.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, project management, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet operational goals.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve operational challenges on-site, offering timely solutions and escalations when necessary.
Training & Support:
Provide training and guidance to field staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to execute tasks effectively.
Travel Requirements:
Travel up to four times a month to various locations, coordinating logistics and ensuring field operations run smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, field management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in different field locations.
Proficiency in MS Office and field operations software (preferred).
A valid driver’s license (if travel requires road trips).
Preferred Experience:
Experience in [specific industry] operations (if applicable).
Experience managing on-site teams or handling client relations.
