Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Marketing Representative role based in Vijayawada. The Field Marketing Representative will visit customers, dealers, and project sites to promote M Wholesales’ interior and exterior product lines, conduct product demonstrations, and share promotional material. The role involves generating leads, supporting sales activities, collecting market feedback, and building strong relationships with local partners and customers. The individual will coordinate with the sales and marketing teams, participate in local events or campaigns, and regularly report on field activities and performance.
Expected Compensation - 3-4 LPA
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Field Marketing skills, including planning and executing local marketing activities.
• Candidates should possess solid Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain and grow client and dealer networks.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting products, explaining solutions, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, convert leads, and meet assigned targets.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior building products or related industry experience is beneficial.
• Ability to travel locally within Vijayawada and nearby areas, and work independently in the field.
• Basic proficiency in using mobile and desktop tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Mandatory
• Need to have their own bike!
• Must be already residing in/near vijayawada!
• Available for immediate joining!
• Prior field sales experience of more than 3 years!
