The opportunity
We are looking for a hands on Marketing Manager and allrounder to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive new enquiry and re-engage our existing customers on their electrification journey. This is a fast and dynamic role where you will own our marketing across strategy, CRM, social and digital, and reporting.
You will play a key part in supporting customers across every touchpoint, from their very first enquiry through to the completion of their installation and beyond.
What you will do
Marketing strategy: build quarterly and monthly marketing plans, lead integrated campaigns and ensure strong brand positioning.
CRM and lifecycle marketing: own segmentation, automation, onboarding, retention, win back and loyalty programs, along with CRM platforms and data quality.
Social and digital: develop channel strategies, manage content calendars, oversee community engagement, coordinate paid social and create educational and engaging content.
Reporting and insights: deliver dashboards, analyse performance, track KPIs and support forecasting.
Stakeholder collaboration: partner with our sales, product and service teams and external agencies.
Internal communication and training: create briefs, share updates, document best practice and support the adoption of new tools.
Brand guardian: critically review marketing collateral to make sure it fits our brand and purpose.
Compliance: stay across CRM, digital and social trends and uphold privacy, data and regulatory standards.
What you will bring
Experience in campaign management across digital, social and email channels predominantly, with events thrown in from time to time.
A track record of designing and running integrated campaigns that grow enquiry and re-engage customers.
Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing skills, including segmentation, automation and data quality.
The ability to work at a fast and dynamic pace and juggle competing priorities.
Strong analytical skills and confidence building dashboards and reporting on KPIs.
A sharp eye for brand and quality.
Experience in the solar or energy industry is a bonus, though not essential.
