JOB DESCRIPTION Title : Field Inspector / Assessor /Field Engineers Function : Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI Location : Service Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI Division Reports To: Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI Manager / Base Manager / Branch Manager /TL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS: - Field Inspection activities - Must have tactics of Travelling to meet the target venues - Reporting to the concerned managers for reporting the project - Must have Android Phone with good battery backup - Must be having good communication skills and should be able to handle technical aspects of inspections/co-ordination. - Must have worked in for 1 year in projects similar to ODF/Skilling/QCI related projects in field assessments, - Any Graduates / Any Engineers -Mechanical /Automobile etc GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met. - To manage day to day Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development. - To support the service team by providing customer feedback. - To develop good client relationships. - To provide reports as per the requirement. - To assist with data collection CORE COMPETENCIES - Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills - Ability to communicate effectively - Ability to negotiate with the clients - Ability to achieve targets - Computer Skills EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Any Graduate (Any stream, Science and Agri are preferred) / Freshers. - Any Engineers (Automobile and Electrical preferred) - Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI experience of a minimum of 1 year/s in Direct Field Inspection/QA/QC/TPI Interested?
